摘  要:通过LCR宽频数字电桥直接测量LC4铝合金阳极氧化膜封孔前后的各种电参数变化,获得封孔信息,评价封孔质量;同时与测得的极化曲线、电化学交流阻抗谱进行对比,并结合FESEM和EDS对结果进行分析,结果表明,使用LCR宽频数字电桥评价铝合金阳极氧化膜的封孔质量,数据规律性强,操作简单易行。An LCR broad-frequency digital electric bridge was used to directly measure the variations in the electric parameters of anodic oxidation films on LC4 Al alloy before and after pore sealing.The measured results were compared to the polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,so as to evaluate the quality and performance of the sealed pores in connection with the relevant analyses of field emission scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry.It was found that LCR broad-frequency digital electric bridge could be readily applied for the evaluation of the quality and performance of the sealed pores in anodic oxidation film on Al alloy,which was advantageous in terms of the easy operation and good reproducibili-ty.
