摘  要:基于材料等温下所有晶粒长大的同步性,认为单元进行再取向尝试时采用随机提取更符合物理模型,且所有单元全部提取并完成一次再取向尝试记为一个MCS,弥补了以往模拟中采用逐一提取单元的不足。晶粒长大模拟结果符合大晶粒不断变大且有相似性,小晶粒的无规则随机变小的规律。采用了对晶粒个数、面积的精确统计算法,得出晶粒长大指数达到0.48~0.51。Based on the synchronism of all grains growth in material on isothermal condition, using random select unit is satisfactory to the physical model when the unit attempt to re-orientate,a MCS is completed when all units has been selected and complete an attempt to re-orientate ,modified the insufficiency in the former simulations which select the unit one by one.The result of grain growth simulation is satisfactory to the rule that the big grain grow unceasingly and similarity,the small grain smaller law with no rules changes.it is show that the results of grain growth exponent,n=.48 to 0.51 ,by a method for accurate calculation of grain number and size.
