摘　　要：第三代移动通信系统TD-SCDMA中采用了一种新型的越区切换技术——接力切换。介绍了接力切换的基本概念、切换过程和切换算法,并综合硬、软切换技术,对其性能进行了比较,分析表明,接力切换在整体上提高了系统的性能。A new kind of handover technique-baton handover is adapted in third generation mobile communication system TD-SCDMA. This paper introduced its general concepts, handover procedure and handover algorithm and compared its performance with hard handover and soft handover technique. The analysis indicated that baton handover enhanced the system performance in the whole.
