摘　　要：结合生产实践,从工艺技术角度介绍了在铁水罐中喷吹钝化颗粒镁脱硫反应的基本原理,并探讨了影响镁脱硫效率和脱硫效果的因素,以及该技术在武钢三炼钢应用一年多来,为防止品种钢转炉终点回硫而采取的各种有效措施所取得的显著效果。On the basis of production practicethe present paper introduces the basic principle of hot metal desulphurizating reaction by injection of granular passivating magnesium in the 300 t HM ladle and discusses the factors affecting the desulphurizing rate and desulphurization results by magnesium as well as various technological measures WISCO has adopted since this technological process is applied in the No. 3 Steel-making Plant for more than one year in order to prevent against possible resulphurization at the end point in refining steel grades by converter and the prominent results achieved.
