摘  要:对三明钢厂90t复吹转炉底枪布置进行物理模拟试验,结果表明,底枪沿耳轴方向非对称布置的熔池混匀时间比底枪采用对称布置要缩短28%。生产应用结果表明,底枪布置优化后复吹转炉冶炼技术指标有了很大的改善,终点钢中氧质量分数平均下降0.016%,终点碳与氧值的乘积平均下降6×10-4,锰质量分数平均提高0.029%,终渣T.Fe质量分数平均下降2.21%。Physical modeling experiments have been carried out on the bottom tuyere configuration of the 90 t top-bottom combined blown converter at Sanming Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. Results of the production application show that the mixing time of the hot metal in the bath has been shortened by 28 % by application of asymmetric configuration of the bottom tuyeres along the trunnion direction of the converter other than by the original symmetric configuration and in the meanwhile the technical indicators of the topbottom combined blown converter refining have been greatly improved since optimization of the bottom tuyere configuration, for instance, the end point [O] has been reduced by 0.016 %, end point [%C]·[%O] reduced by 0. 0006, end point [Mn] increased by 0. 029 % and the T. Fe content in the end point slag reduced by 2.21% respectively on average.
