摘 要:以Pb(NO3)2、硫代乙酰胺(TAA)为原料,通过改变十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的用量控制合成了四方形PbS纳米晶,并用XRD、TEM进行了表征。结果表明,当CTAB质量浓度达10g/L时,所获产品全为四方形纳米晶。形状控制微波合成四方形PbS纳米晶的机理可能为:首先CTAB和Pb2+结合形成R-N:Pb-Br白色前驱沉淀,然后该前驱沉淀与S2结合,在一定温度和时间热分解形成四方形PbS纳米晶。前驱体中的CTAB烷基长链存在阻碍作用,导致PbS小晶粒不能快速聚集而结晶生长,有利形成四方形的纳米PbS。The square-tile shape PbS nanocrystal was synthesized from an aqueous solution of lead nitrate and thioacetamide (TAA) through changing the amount of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) . The samples were characterized by XRD and TEM. The result indicates that the square-tile shape PbS nanocrystal was obtained fully with CTAB up to 10 g/L. The proposed mechanism for the synthesis of square-tile shape PbS nanocrystal by shape control microwave may be as follow: CTAB and Pb^2+ combined and produced R-N:Pb-Br white premonitory precipitate, then the resultant integrated with S^2- at suitable temperature for a certain period of time to thermal decompose square-tile shape PbS nanocrystal. The CTAB long chain of premonitory precipitate prevented the quick aggregation growth of small PbS grain in the solution, and was favorable for the formation of the square-tile shape PbS.
