摘 要:本文分析了几种常用GIS平台在规划领域系统建库中的优点和缺点,以及规划部门数据及行业管理特点。同时从数据格式、系统兼容等方面论述了MicroStation的规划行业建库的特点,揭示出MicroStation的规划管理信息系统建库的适宜性。最后以番禺规划管理信息系统的建立为例,较好地说明基于MicroStation的规划行业建库的实用性。In comparison, we analyze the merits and demerits of several general GIS (Geographic Information System) workstations for application system designing in urban planning department. Simultaneously we set forth the characteristics of the urban planning data and management. From the points of data formation and systemic compatibility, application system designing based on MicroStation is superior compared with the one based on other GIS workstations. So we bring forward that the MicroStation has some superiority when used to design urban planning MIS. We aim at providing some referenced opinions to the application system designing in urban planning department. As a good example, the Panyu Planning MIS was given finally and the practicability of MIS designing based on MicroStation was deduced.
