卫生方便病床的设计与应用

摘　　要：目的解决卧床清醒患者不习惯在床上大小便问题，防止并发症发生。方法人性化改造病床，适度摇高床头和床尾，实施改变排便体位的护理操作，并对临床应用效果进行评价。结果卫生方便病床操作简便、快捷、卫生，使护理人员劳动强度减小，患者舒适度增强。结论卫生方便病床在临床排便护理中的应用，能有效维护患者自尊，降低因便秘引起的并发症和医疗纠纷的发生，为卧床清醒患者的护理开辟了一种新方法。Objective To solve the problem of bedridden patients who were unaccustomed to bed micturition and defecation and prevent the occurrence of complications： Methods We heightened the hospital beds at both ends by Humanization alteration and applied the nursing operation of changing the micturition and defecation posture.Then we evaluated the effects of clinical application. Results The convenients beds proved to be simple,fast and healthy to operate.h could minish the labor intensity of nurses and enhance the degree of comfort of patients. Conclusion Application of convenient beds in the nursing of bed micturition and defecation could protect the self-esteem of patients and reduce the complication caused by constipation and medical dispute.h supplied a new nursing method for bedridden patients.
