营养支持疗法对艾滋病患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨口服营养支持疗法对艾滋病（AIDS）患者生活质量的影响。方法将120例AIDS患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例，观察组患者接受由营养师制订的食谱进食，对照组患者按其饮食嗜好自由进食。比较2组患者干预前后体质量、皮褶厚度、血清白蛋白、胆固醇、CD4细胞的变化；应用生活质量表（QLQ—CCC）比较2组患者干预后的生活质量情况。结果观察组患者干预后各项营养指标较干预前有显著改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；对照组干预前后比较仅白蛋白、皮褶厚度、CD4细胞情况有改善，P〈0.01；2组患者干预后体质量、皮褶厚度比较差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。营养支持后患者生活质量评分30分以上者观察组56例、对照组53例，2组比较差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论相同治疗条件下，口服营养疗法后患者营养状况有改善，较快开始抗病毒治疗，不适症状减轻，生存质量有所提高。Objective To research in the effect of oral nutritional support on the life quality of AIDS patients. Methods 120 AIDS patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 patients in each group. The patient in the control group ate their favourate food freely while the patients in the observation group took food following the nutritionist＇s instructions. We compared the body weight, the skinfold thickness,sero-albumin,cholesterol, CD4 cell count as well as the life quality assessed by the QLQ-CCC descriptive system between the two groups. Results All the measurement indices in the observation group while only sero-albumin, skinfold thickness, CD4 cell count in the control group were well alleviated after intervention（P 〈 0.01 ）. The body weight and skinfold thickness between the two groups were significantly different（P 〈 0.05）.56 patients in the observation group and 53 patients in the control group were seen with life quality score above 30 after nutritional support. Conclusion Oral nutritional support could improve the patients＂ nutritional conditions under the same treatment conditions so that they could begin antivirus treatment sooner with less adverse symptoms and better life quality.
