藏药“生等”的化学成分研究(第2报)

摘　　要：首次从藏药“生等”，[鼠李科猫乳属植物西藏猫乳（Rhamnellagilgitica）Mansf．etMelch）]的干燥心材中分离矿鉴定了6个化合物，一个混合脂肪酸酯及一个混合脂肪酸，它们分别是大黄酚（Chrysophanol，I），没食子酸（Gallicacid，Ⅱ）、β-谷甾醇（β-Sitosterol，Ⅲ）．胡萝卜甙（Daucosterol，Ⅳ）、二十四烷酸（V）、十六烷酸（Ⅵ）、十六与十八烷酸甲酯混合物（Ⅶ），二十二～二十六烷酸混合物（Ⅷ）。Shengdeng, a traditional Tibetan medicinal herb , is the heartwood of Rhamnella gilgitica Mansf. et Melch (Rhamnaceae). Six constituents,one mixture of fatty acid ester and one mixture of fatty acid have been first isolated from 70% alcoholic extracts of it. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of the spectral data and physico-chemical properties. They were chrysophanol (Ⅰ),gallic acid(Ⅱ), β-sitosterol (Ⅲ) I daucosterol (Ⅳ), tetracosanoic acid (Ⅴ), hexadecanol (Ⅵ), a mixture of hexa- and octadecanoic acid methylate (Ⅶ), a mixture of di-, tri-,tetra-, penta- and hexacosanic acid (Ⅷ).
