摘　　要：环境问题是当今世界各国普遍存在的问题,这一问题在发展中国家较为严重,在我国尤为突出。由于特殊的国情,我国环境问题的成因呈现出特殊性,并且随着建设社会主义和谐社会的逐步深入而有所发展,依法保护我国生态环境显得尤为迫切,但现行的环境法制建设存在诸多的不合理之处。文章探讨了我国环境问题成因的特殊性,并对当今的环境法制建设提出了一些合理化建议。The environment question is the universal question and very serious in the developing nations, especially in our country. For the special national condition, our country＇s environment question presents its specialty, and gradually develops along with the construction of socialism harmoniousness. Legally protecting our country＇s ecological environment appears especially urgent. But there exists many unreasonable factors in present environmental legality construction. The article discusses our country＇s environmental question＇s origin and particularity, and puts forward some proposals to the environment legality construction.
