摘　　要：分析和研究了现有EMC2的数控系统,提出用Qt编写EMC2NML库接口文件并开发数控系统和仿真系统的方法。然后以刀具轨迹为例说明了接口文件的编写过程,并完成了数控系统界面和仿真系统的开发,并成功地集成到EMC2中。最后以三轴数控铣床为例,编辑EMC2配置文件,采用计算机并口为驱动硬件,在自动模式下,用软示波器观察输出脉冲信号,证明了基于Qt的数控系统开发的正确性,完全可以应用于实际生产。Here analyses and studies on the existing EMC2 CNC, and brings forward a new method of programming EMC2 NML library friendly interface along with developing the CNC and simulating system. Then the tool trajectory is taken as example to show how to program the interface file, also a new CNC GUI and a simulating system are completed and integrated into EMC2 seamlessly. At last, after EMC2 configure files are edited, this paper takes a mill machine with 3 axes in auto mode as an example and chooses PC parallel port as hardware driver, and then captures the pulse signals output by soft scope which proves the correctness of developing CNC based on Qt. It could be applied in industry.
