摘　　要：对B2152型龙门刨床控制系统进行全新改造的设计,以PLC为控制核心,取代原继电器控制;以全数字直流调速器对主电动机调速,取代原变流机组调速;根据厂家的实际需求,设计增加铣削功能。改造后的系统成功运行为旧龙门刨床控制技术的升级提供了一个范例。The article describs the completely reforming design of the control system for the gantry type planomiller B2152, in which the PLC is used as control core instead of the original relay ; the DC speeder is adopted for the speed regulating of the main motor instead of the deflection group; at the same time, milling function is added to meet the user＇s need. The successful running of the new re - built system provides a good example to technical reform of old machine.
