摘 要:根据亲水亲油平衡值(HLB值)复配非离子型与阴离子型乳化剂,并乳化几种紫外线吸收剂和受阻胺自由基捕获剂,研究其对涤纶织物进行整理后的织物抗紫外线性能。试验结果表明,紫外线吸收剂UV-360与受阻胺自由基捕获剂UV-770复配,可制备高效光稳定剂,其与分散染料同浴上染涤纶织物,可显著改善涤纶织物的抗紫外性能和耐晒性能。Through the selection of HLB value and the mix of non-ionic emulsifier with anionic emulsifier, several UV absorbers and HALS free radical catching agents were emulsified. These emulsion were used to treat polyester fabrics respectively or in combination. The anti-UV effects and light fastness of the treated fabrics were studied. UV absorber UV-360 and low molecular weight free radical catching agents UV-770 were selected to form an effective light stabilizer, which was used to dye polyester fabrics with disperse dyes in one bath. The result showed that the combined effective light stabilizer had obviously results in improving UV protective properties and light fastness of dyed polyester fabrics.
