摘 要:采用低温氧等离子体对真丝织物进行表面改性处理,再用浅品色纳米颜料墨水进行喷墨印花。探讨了低温等离子体处理时间、处理功率和处理压强对真丝织物喷墨印花K/S值的影响,并对处理前后的真丝织物进行了动态接触角分析。结果表明,低温氧等离子体处理喷墨印花用真丝织物的最佳处理工艺条件为:时间10 min,压强50 Pa,功率80 W。经该条件处理后的真丝织物的亲水性和防渗性显著提高,喷墨印花织物图案清晰、得色量提高,并且没有降低印花色牢度。Plasma surface modification of silk fabric was carried out in oxygen atmosphere under low temperature. The samples were jet-printed with light magenta pigment ink. The influence of treating time, power and pressure of low temperature plasma treatment to the K/S value of inkjet printing of silk fabric was discussed, and the dynamic contact angle (DCA) of silk fabric before and after plasma treatment was analyzed. The results showed that the optimum plasma treatment conditions were exposure time of 10 min at pressure of 50 Pa and power around 80 W. The hydrophilicity and anti flushing property of silk fabrics were increased greatly. The inkjet printed fabric could obtain the effects of enhanced color yields and excellent sharpness, and non-influence to color fastness .
