摘　　要：选择对锦纶(PA)和氨纶(PU)都有较好染色性能的DOROLAN系列染料进行PA/PU仿皮织物染色试验。测试分析了染料的上染性、提升性、色牢度以及透染性能;讨论了温度、pH值、固色剂、固色工艺及仿皮原材料品种等因素对仿皮无纺布染色性能的影响。结果表明,DOROLAN系列染料用于PA/PU仿皮织物的深色染色,其色泽饱满,匀染和透染性好,色牢度均达3级以上。PA/PU leather-like nonwoven fabric dyeing with DOROLAN series dyes was carried out. The dyeing ability, building up property, color fastness and penetration were tested and analyzed. The influence of temperature, pH value, fixing agent, fixation, and leather-like materials to the dyeing behavior was discussed. The result showed that the deep dyeing of PA/PU leather-like non-woven fabric with DOROLAN series dyes featured saturated color, good levelness and penetration, and the color fastness was over 3 grades.
