摘  要:目的:对湿毒清胶囊进行质量标准研究。方法:采用薄层色谱法对黄芩和当归进行鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法对苦参中苦参碱的含量进行测定,色谱柱为Phenomenex Hyper Clone5u BDS C18130A(250×4.60mm5micron);流动相为甲醇-0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(38:62);流速为1.0ml.min-1;检测波长为220nm;柱湿为25℃。结果:苦参碱进样量在0.515~5.15μg范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.99993。平均回收率为99.34%,RSD=2.2%。结论:本方法简便准确、重现性好,可对湿毒清胶囊进行质量控制。Objective:To make a study on the quality standard of Shiduqing Capsule.Methods:A thin-layer chromatography was used to differentiate Scutellariae and Angelicae.A high-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of matrine in Sophorae Flavescentis.The column was Phenomenex Hyper clone 5μ BDS C18 130A(250×4.60mm 5 micron).The mobile phase was carbinol-0.02mol/L,sodium acid phosphate(38:62).The mobile speed was 1.0ml.min-1.The UV wavelength was 220nm.The column temperature was 25oC.Results:The sample size of matrine ranged from 0.051-5.15g with a good linearity,r=0.99993.The average recovery rate was 99.34%,RSD=2.2%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with good reappearance and can be used in the quality control of Shiduqing Capsule.
