摘  要:目的:建立β-榄香烯固体脂质纳米粒中β-榄香烯的气相色谱测定方法。方法:以质量分数10%PEG-20M(2m×2.6mm)为固定相,60~80目的Shimalite W(NAW)为担体,注射部位温度为200℃;FID检测温度为200℃,柱温150℃,N2为载气,流速50mL/min,内标为萘。结果:β-榄香烯的检测不受自身杂质及辅料的影响,在3.75~75.0mg/L范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9992),回收率大于99%。结论:本法简单、准确,可用于β-榄香烯固体脂质纳米粒中β-榄香烯的含量测定。Aim : To develop a gas chromatography for the determination of β-elemene in β-elemene solid lipid nanoparticles. Methods:10% PEG-20M was used as stationary phase (2 m × 2.6 mm),Shimalite W( NAW,60~ 80 meshes) as supporter and naphthalene as internal standard. The temperature of injection port, FID detector anti column oven were set at 200 ℃ ,200 ℃ and 150 ℃ ,respectively. N2 was used as carrier gas with a column flow rate of 50 mL/min. Results: Under the chromatographic condition, β-elemene could be well separated from other components. The calibration curve was linear over the range of 3.75 ~ 75.0 mg/L ( r = 0. 999 2) and the average recovery was higher than 99%. Conclusion : This method is simple and accurate in detecting β-elemene in β-elemene solid lipid nanoparticles.
