摘  要:目的:观察二仙益骨汤治疗早期股骨头坏死(ANFH)的疗效。方法:建立液氮冷冻兔ANFH模型,随机分组后,设立正常对照组、中药组、BMP植骨组,进行骨小梁、骨血管面积观察,骨内血管计数和钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)检测。结果:中药组和BMP植骨组骨小梁面积分别为287.33∶277.00,血管面积均数39.10∶40.062,血管计数均数16.4∶13.37,其中血管计数有显著差异;中药组和BMP植骨组钙含量均值分别为3.566∶3.168,磷含量均值2.2035∶2.0011,ALP含量比3532.625∶3370.50,其中钙含量有显著差异。结论:二仙益骨汤治疗早期ANFH疗效确切,近似于BMP+植骨术。Objective:To observe effect of ERXIANYIGUTANG ( EXYGT, a TCM composition with function of improving circulation of blood) used to cure avascular necrosis of femoral head (ANFH ) in earlier period. Methods: Rabbit models were built through liquid nitrogen frozen, and divided randomly into three groups, group A (normal control), group B (TCM used) and group C (BMP (bone morphogenetic protein) transplanted) . Items of bone trabecula and blood vessel area of bone were observed, counts of blood vessel, calcium, phosphonium and alkali phos-phatase (ALP) of bone were detected. Results: It showed that means of bone trabecula areas, blood vessel areas and counts of blood vessel in group B and group C were respectively 287.33 : 277.00, 39. 10:40.062, 16.4:13.37, and there had significant deviation on counts of blood vessel in two groups. So those of calcium, phosphonium and ALP of two groups were 3.566:3. 168, 2.2035 :2.0011, 3532.625:3370.50, and there had notable difference on content of calcium. Conclusion: It indicated EXYGT had certain curative effect on earlier period of ANFH and be similar to BMP + bone graft.
