摘　　要：目的 研究家庭病床科对糖尿病病人的管理。方法 对家庭病床科所收治的195名病人进行回顾性研究。结果 家庭病床科的糖尿病病人依从性好，血糖控制理想，并发症减少，病人及家属对糖尿病知识的了解明显提高，自我监测能力也明显提高。结论 对糖尿病病人进行家庭病床管理不仅能有效控制患者血糖，提高病人依从性，减少并发症的发生，提高病人及家属对糖尿病知识的了解度和自我监测能力。Objective To study the management of diabetic patients in home sickbed. Methods A total of 195 patients were retrospectively studied. Results The compliance of diabetic patients in the home sickbed was good; blood sugar was satisfactory under control; the complications were reduced. The patients and their family members comprehended more knowledge of diabetes. The capability of self monitoring was raised obviously. Conclusion With management of diabetic patients in home sickbed the blood sugar could be controlled effectively; compliance of diabetic patients is raisedwith reduction of the complications and improvement of the capability of self monitoring of diabetic,patients.
