摘　　要：总结50例先天性巨结肠患儿的护理。术前着重于肠道准备,包括灌肠液的选取、插管方法及注意事项;术后做好尿管、肛管、胃肠减压管的护理;出院做好出院指导。认为精心的护理在先天性巨结肠的治疗中有着重要的作用。To summarize the nursing of 50 children with hirschsprung disease.Pay attention to intestinal tract preparation such as clyster choosing,cannla method and some announcements,before operation,taking good care of the urinary canal,anal canal and gestrointestinal decompression tube after operation.Elaborative nursing is very important in the treatment of hirschsprung disease.
