小檗胺滴眼剂防治糖尿病性白内障的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究小檗胶滴眼剂对糖尿病性白内障的防治作用。方法：链脲佐菌素（StreptozotocinSTZ）诱发的大鼠糖尿病性白内障模型，以小檗胺滴眼剂进行防治实验。动物分为预防和治疗两个实验组。结果：（1）预防实验组，小檗胺滴眼剂的预防作用具有剂量依赖性。1％剂量组效果最好，第12周裂隙灯镜检未见核混浊；（2）治疗实验组大鼠晶体混浊度在Ⅳ、Ⅴ期占60％，而糖尿病对照组占90％，结论：小檗胺滴眼剂预防和治疗糖尿病性大鼠白内障具有显著效果。Objective: To study the effect of berbamine eye-drops on the prevention and therapeutics of diabeticcataract Methods: Diabetic cataract rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ) was treated with eye-drops ofberbamine in rats' eyes. Rats were divided into preventive and therapeutic groups. ResuitS: In the preventivegroups the effect of berbamine on the delay of diabetic cataractogenesis was very efficient with dose-dependence. 1 % berbamine was the most effcientbecause nuclear opacity was not examined under slit lamp upto the 12th week. In the therapeutic group, up to the 12th week after STZ was injected, the lens opacity onthe scale IV or above was 90% in diabetic rats and 6O% in 1 % berbamine treated diabetic rats. Conclusion:Berbamine eye-drops might be a useful preventive and therapeutic agent against diabetic cataract.
