摘  要:目的探索信息技术在特需门诊高尿酸血症患者随访中的效果。方法对在特需门诊就诊的61例高尿酸血症患者进行随机分组,对照组30例按常规随访,干预组31例在此基础上结合电话、手机短信、E-mail、传真和自制提醒软件等现代信息技术随访6个月,比较干预后两组患者血尿酸改善情况。结果干预后干预组患者血尿酸改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利用现代信息技术随访特需门诊高尿酸血症患者直接有效。Ohjective To explore the effect of using information technology in following up the patients with hyperuricemia at VIP clinic. Methods A toral of 61 cases of hyperuricemia at VIP clinic were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty cases in control group were subjected to routine follow-up consultation, and 31 cases in experimental group were followed up by telephone, short message. E mail, Fax and reminding soltware for 6 months besides that in control group. The changes of uric acid level in the two groups was compared. Results The uric acid level in experimental group was significantly decreased as compared with that in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of information technology in follow-up is directly effective for patients with hyperuricemia at VIP clinic.
