摘　　要：公共工程投资是推动经济和社会发展的重要因素,将有限的财政性建设资金科学、合理地配置到能满足各种社会公共需要的方面,使其取得最大的效益。这既是财政性资金支出的核心问题,也是各级政府履行公共责任的重要内容。开展公共工程投资项目绩效审计意味着我国投资审计层次的提升和审计内涵的拓展,是投资审计发展之必然。The public project investment can impel the economical and the social development, scientifically and reasonably disposing the limited financial construction fund to meet the social public needs so as to achieve the benefit maximization. The implementation of the public project investment plan audition can effectively improve the effciency of using the public fund in that area.
