摘　　要：目的评价秦皮总香豆素制剂(抗血尿酸药)对原发性高尿酸血症降低血尿酸的效应。方法用随机、双盲、安慰剂平行组对照、剂量-反应研究设计及优效性检验,观察高尿酸血症共96例,均口服秦皮总香豆素胶囊及其安慰剂,其中低剂量组(每次2粒,每粒100mg)33例,高剂量组(每次4粒)33例,对照组30例,均每日3次,疗程4周。结果治疗2、4周后,秦皮总香豆素的低、高剂量组与安慰剂组比较血尿酸变化的差别均无统计学意义。结论秦皮总香豆素对原发性高尿酸血症无降低血尿酸效应。Objective To evaluate the effect of the preparation of cortex fraxini total coumarin（CFTX） in lowering serum uric acid （UA） for pa- tients with primary hyperuricaemia. Methods Randomized double blind placebo parallel control, dose -reaction design and superiority test was carried out. Ninety - six cases of primary hyperuricaemia are enrolled, received CFTX capsule and its placebo, 33 cases are in low - dosage （200 mg every 8 hours） group, 33 cases are in high - dosage （400 mg every 8 hours） group, and 30 cases are in control（placebo） group. Resuits After 2 to 4 weeks of treatment, there is no statistic significance among the three groups in terms of the difference of serum UA variation. Conclusion It was shown that cortex fraxini total coumarin has no effect in lowering serum UA for patients with primary hyperuricaemia.
