摘  要:目的观察黄药子和黄药子(止血中药)与当归(补血中药)配伍对碘缺乏致甲状腺肿大鼠的甲状腺功能的影响。方法制备碘缺乏致甲状腺肿大鼠模型,设正常对照组、模型对照组、黄药子组、黄药子配伍当归组。观察各组大鼠甲状腺相对重量、血清T3、T4、TSH、甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞高度、滤泡腔面积以及光镜下甲状腺形态的变化。结果给药28天后,黄药子组甲状腺相对重量、血清T4、TSH、甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞高度、滤泡腔面积与模型对照组比较无显著性差异;但血清T3高于模型对照组,且有显著性差异,与正常组比较无显著性差异。黄药子组与黄药子配伍当归组比较无显著性差异。结论黄药子对碘缺乏性甲状腺肿无治疗作用;黄药子配伍当归后,对其疗效也无影响。Objective To observe the effect of Airpotato yam and Airpotato yam combined with Angelica in goiter Wistar rats. Methods Iodine -deficient Wistar rats was made and divided them into 4 groups: normal, model, Airpotato yam, Airpotato yam combined with Angelica. The relative thyroid weight, serum T3,T4 ,TSH,the height of thyrocytes, the areas of thyroid follicular cavities were determined and the thyroid morphological changes was observed by optical microscope. Results The 28 days later after treatmen, the relative thyroid weight,T4,TSH,the height of thyrocytes and the areas of thyroid follicular cavities had no discrepancies in both Airpotato yam and the model. Serum T3 values in Airpotato yam group was obviously higher than model group. There was no discrep- ancies in both Airpotato yam group and the normal group. No discrepancies existed in Airpotato yam group and Airpotato yam combined with Angelica group. Conclusion Airpotato yam with iodine insufficiency had no effect on curing goiter due to iodine deficiency, as well as Airpotato yam combined with Angelica.
