摘 要:在将电子积分器应用于测量微磁通原理的基础上,针对影响积分输出误差因素中积分漂移、积分时间常数等的分析,设计了一种测量灵敏度为10-9C的新型电子积分器,并将该电子积分器应用于10-7~10-8C电量微磁通测量系统中。通过实际测量数据证明,该电子积分器可实现对瞬变微磁通信号的高精度测量,测量精度优于1.5%,测量分辨率为0.5%,测量系统稳定性为±5%,达到了国家标准GB/T3657-1983所规定的微磁通测量精度小于2%的设计要求。On the basis of measure principle of micro-power magnetic flux used by electronic integrator, a new kind of electronic integrator whose measurement sensitivity can reach as high as is designed to against the factor of integration drift, integration time constant etc which will effect Integration output error. The electronic integrator is applied in micro-power magnetic flux measurement system, through actual measure data finding that high-precision measurement to micro-power and transient magnetic flux signal can be realized using this integrator, measurement accuracy up to full range of less than 1.5%, resolution to 0.5%, and measurement system stability to ± 5%.The Measuring accuracy of design requirements by electronic integrator can reach to the national standard of GB/T3657-1983.
