摘 要:以抗战前邹平美棉和许昌烤烟两种地区专门性商品化农业为例,重新审视近代中国的农业商品化历程,可以看出二者的共同特点、对乡村社会的不同影响及其产生原因。在近代中国,商品农业的需求市场是竞争性还是垄断性,在一定程度上决定了生产者的命运;而国家力量与社会力量如何引导和帮助农民,让农民学会自己组织起来参与市场竞争,才是推进商品化农业发展的关键。Taking the regional specialized commercialized agriculture products-Zhou Ping cotton and Xu Chang tobacco before the war against Japan-as an example, the thesis reviews the process of agriculture commercialization in modern China, and summarizes their common grounds. In author's opinions:in modern China, what to a certain extent determines the fate of a producer is that whether the demanding market for commercialized agriculture is competitive or monopolistic. The key to promote the development of commercialized agriculture is to guide and aid farmers with the help of government and society, and enable them to be self-organized and participate in the market competition.
