磷对烤烟漂浮育苗生长和生理特性的影响

摘　　要：2001-2002年，以NC89为供试烟草品种，采用叶县烟草公司所产的商品基质和育苗专用肥，在河南农业大学试验站进行了磷对烤烟漂浮育苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明，施磷处理烟苗长势好，叶片中矿质元素含量丰富，叶绿素含量、NR活性、根系活力均高于未施磷处理；且营养液中磷浓度以100-150mg／L为佳。The variety NC89,commercial medium and fertilizer special for seedling produced by Yexian tobacco company were selected to study the effects of phosphorus on the growth and physiological characteristics of tobacco floating-seedlings in the Experimental Station of Henan Agricultural University during 2001-2002.The result showed that the phosphorus-applied tobacco seedlings growed better,and had higher mineral elements,chrolophyll content,NR activity,and root vitality than those without phosphorus-appliing treats.100-150mg/L phosphorus in nutrition liquid was the optimum level for growth and development of tobacco seedlings.
