MB与一般同志人群使用女用安全套的影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究女用安全套在MB(男性性工作者)和一般同志人群中的可接受性及其影响因素,为预防和控制艾滋病提供新的参考方法。[方法]以立意抽样调查方式在MSM(男男性接触者)人群中进行匿名现况调查。[结果]在调查的234人中,发放女用安全套前对女套的使用率为14.90%,分别为MB63.41%,同志6.83%,差异有统计学意义,MB组高于同志组(χ2=5.223,P﹤0.05);在发放女套后,对女套的使用率为77.6%,发放女用安全套前后使用率差异有统计学意义(χ2=291.98,P﹤0.05)。多因素分析显示,"可以更好的保护自己"(OR=13.619,CI为4.185～44.321)和"引起不适感"(OR=0.048,CI为0.015～0.155)是影响MSM是否愿意选择使用女用安全套的因素。[结论]女用安全套在MSM中的接受程度不高,其推广需要对女用安全套进行改进,并需要多部门的协作。[Objective] To investigate the acceptability of the female condom and factors which affected its use among men who had sex with men, and in order to provide a new way to prevent AIDS. [Methods] Purposive sampling method was adopted to investigate MSM anonymously. [ Results] The survey showed before being delivered female condoms, 14.9% of 234 subjects had used it, 63.41% of MB and 6.83% of common MSM respectively. The usage rate in MB was signifieautly higher than that in common MSM （χ2 = 5.223, P 〈 0.05）. After being delivered female condoms, 77.6% of the subjects used it and the usage rate was significantly higher than that before being delivered （χ2 = 291.98, P 〈 0.05）. Multivariate logistic regression showed that protecting themselves better （OR = 22.334, CI： 4.063-122.769） and comfortlessness （O R= 0.037, CI： 0.006- 0.245） were factors affecting MSM whether to choose female condoms. [Conclusion ] Though the level of knowledge among MB is low, because of the high risks existing in their work, they care themselves more than common MSM and are more interested in trying new protecting methods. Female condom is not widelv accepted among MSM. Imorovements in female condom and cooperation among different sections are needed to extend the use of female condoms.
