云南某市东郊农村生活用水卫生调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解云南某市东郊农村生活用水卫生状况。[方法]应用蚕豆根尖微核技术,水质理化检验及流行病学调查。[结果]该市东郊农村生活饮用水有不同程度的微核增高,有机物、重金属污染。[结论]该区域微核试验结果高于正常的水体含有诱变物质,对生活用水的安全性存在隐患,需做好水源的卫生防污工作。[Objective] In order to find out the hygienic quality of drinking water in countryside of Yunnan. [Methods] Vicia-mieronucleus test, the hygienic quality of water samples, including physical, chemical and epidemiology investigations were used. [ Results] There were different degrees of the increase of micronucleus, organics and heavy metal contamination. [Conclusion] The vicia-micronucleus test shows the mutagenic matters in this area are higher than that in the normal drinking water, and it may be a threat on the drinking water. Preventive work need to be carried out.
