摘 要:[目的]通过对边远农村地区肺结核和可疑者追踪,提高涂阳肺结核病人的发现水平。[方法]培训县、乡、村三级防(疫)痨人员,建立激励机制,利用传染病疫情网络直报系统对各级医疗机构报告的肺结核和可疑者进行追踪,主动收集病人痰标本,增加痰检人数。[结果]1年内发现涂阳肺结核病人1921例,比上年度增加412例,增加27.30%,其中追踪发现268例,占13.95%,追踪人数、到位人数均有明显增加,痰检率和阳性检出率有所提高。[结论]利用传染病疫情报告网络开展追踪是提高涂阳肺结核病人发现水平的一条重要途径。[Objective] Through tracing the TB patients and suspicious characters in the remote areas of countryside, to raise the discovery, level of smear-positive TB patients. [Methods] Trained the three levels staff in county, township and village against the tuberculosis, set up incentive mechanisms, used the direct network reporting system of infectious diseases to trace the TB patients and suspicious characters reported by different levels of medical institutions, collected sputum specimens of patients and increased the number of sputum examination. [Results] 1 921 cases of smear-positive TB patients were found in one year. There was 412 cases more than in the last year. the rate was 27.30%. 268 cases were found by tracing, accounting for 13.95%. The tracing population, arriving population, sputum examination rate and positive detection rate increased. [Conclusion] Using the network reporting system of infectious disease to develop tracing is an important way that can raise the discovetry level of smear-positive TB patients.
