摘 要:HAVC(混成自动电压控制)系统可以通过对发电机、变压器、电容电抗器等设备的调节,实现电网的电压无功优化控制,保证系统的安全、经济和优质运行。本文给出了一种应用于HAVC系统的多目标趋优化序贯式算法,该算法能够对系统运行的安全性、经济性和电压质量三个目标进行协调控制,从而将系统的电压及无功水平控制在比较理想的状态。根据该算法编制的软件已在东北500kV电网HAVC系统中进行了成功应用,试运行结果证明了该算法的合理性和有效性。HAVC (Hybrid automatic voltage control) system could achieve optimal control of the voltage and reactive power by adjusting the generators, OLTCs, capacitors and reactors in the power grid, and guarantee the safe, economic and high quality operation of the system. This paper gives a multi-objective optimization lexicographical algorithm which could be used in the HAVC system. This algorithm could coordinate these three objectives of voltage quality, voltage security and economy, and control the voltage and reactive power level of the system at an ideal state. The software has been developed according to this algorithm, and the test run in the HAVC system of Northeast 500kV power grid has proved that this algorithm is reasonable and effective.
