摘 要:采用浮色洗除率评价活性染料染色物的皂洗效果,研究和分析了染后洗涤方式、电解质残留量、水硬度、皂洗液pH值、皂洗温度和时间、染料亲和力和聚集程度对浮色洗除率的影响.聚集程度大的染料,其浮色洗除率低,且受皂洗前水洗温度、皂洗温度和时间的影响大,但亲和力高的染料的浮色洗除率受残留元明粉的影响小;水硬度增加、pH值降低对洗除浮色不利.C.I.活性红120和C.I.活性蓝21是典型的聚集程度大的染料,其浮色的洗除对影响皂洗效果的各因素十分敏感,特别适用于研究皂洗条件和皂洗剂对皂洗效果的影响.The removal percentage of the loose colors (% RLC) was used to evaluate the soaping efficiency of the fabrics dyed with reactive dyes. The affecting factors on the RLC were studied and analyzed, such as post-dyeing soaping means, electrolyte residual quantity, water hardness, soaping liquor pH value, soaping temperature and time, dye affinity and aggregation degree. The RLC was low and was also affected greatly by the pre-soaping water washing temperature, soaping temperature and time when the dyes had high aggregation de- gree, The sodium sulfate residue influenced slightly on the RLC of high affinity dyes, and the water hardness increase and pH value decrease were not favorable. The RLC of C.I. reactive red 120 and blue 21 (typical high aggregation tendency dyes) was sensitively affected by the different factors, they are particularly useful in the researches for soaping conditions and soaping results of the soaping agents.
