摘　　要：美国计划在东欧部署反导系统,既是"冷战思维"的沿袭,又是为了巩固美国在北约的领导地位和防止欧盟脱离美国的轨道。由于美国东欧反导计划触及俄罗斯的战略底线和核心国家利益,俄罗斯对此做出了强烈反应。鉴于俄美实力对比悬殊,在东欧部署反导系统又是出于美国全球战略需要,故而它将坚持单方面在东欧部署反导系统。The U. S. plans to deploy missile defense system in Eastern Europe, not only in line with its Cold War thinking, but also to maintain its leadership in NATO and keep the Europe Union under its control. Yet Russia has strongly opposed the idea because the plan has breached the Russian strategic basehne and threatens its kernel national interests, However, as the move is part of the U.S. global strategy and there exists great disparity between the U.S. and Russian strengths, the U.S. will unilaterally insist on deploying missile defense system in Eastern Europe.
