摘　　要：本文从时代背景及教育现代化发展需求的角度,探讨如何结合外语教育目的、语言学习特点及学校的实际,构建外语多媒体教学环境。本文提出的构建环境的基本原则,并介绍了外语多媒体教学环境的建设。This article shows that how to form the multimedia teaching environment for the foreign language with the teaching aims,the features of the language learning and the real condition of the campus. This point is in terms of the time background and the need of the modern educational development. And this article also states the basic principles of setting the environment, and introduces the formation of the multimedia teaching environment for the foreign language.
