非洛地平治疗原发性高血压临床疗效观察

摘　　要：通过自身对照开放试验和随机单盲试验观察非洛地平治疗原发性高血压的效果。结果显示非洛地平具有良好的降压效果，总有效率90％～100％。副作用轻而少，服用方便，是理想的降压药物。By using the self-control open test and single-blind-random test, we observed the ef-fect of Felodipine on primary hypertension. The re-sults showed that Felodipine decreased the blood perssure of the patients effectively, the total effec-tive rate was 90 ~ 100%. Its side-effects are light and few. It is convenient to take and therefore is an ideal drug for decreasing hypertension.
