三氮唑核苷雾化治疗呼吸道合胞病毒感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：对呼吸道合胞病毒（RespiratorySyncytialVirusRSV）所致下呼吸道感染20例，采用三氮哇核苷（Ribavirin）超声雾化吸入治疗，同时应用三氮唑核苷静脉点滴治疗同类患儿24例作为对照。结果显示：治疗组平均疗效明显高于对照组。喘息持续时间、肺部体征喘鸣音及湿罗音持续时间治疗组均明显短于对照组。特别是止喘作用明显。The writers, by using aerosolized vi-razole, cured 20 cases of lower respiratory infection caused by RSV(Respiratory Syncytial Virus RSV) ;at the same time, by using virazole vein injection,cured 24 cases of the same disease (the control group). The results showed that the average cura-tive effect was higher in the treated group than that in the control group. The lasting time of asthma in the treated group was shorter than in the control group. The lasting time of lungs' rales and asth-matic sounds were also shorter in the treated group than in the control group.
