摘  要:分别对4例及6例肾移植患者单用环孢素(CyclosporineCsA)与合用硫氮酮后CSA的药物动力学变化进行研究,并观察了其中9例患者血药浓度达峰时血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。结果表明:肾移植患者CsA药动学参数个体差异大,合用硫氮酮后,CsA的β和T1/2α显著性降低,T1/2β显著性升高,峰浓度有一定升高,其它参数无明显改变(P>0.05)。合用硫氮酮后血浆SOD活性有一定增大。The changes of CsA,s pharma-cokinetics were studied in four kidney transplant pa-tients administered CsA and six patients adminis-tered CsA and Diltiazem. We observed the changes of SOD activity in nine patients when blood concen-tration of CsA getting peak. CsA concentrations were determined by FPIA. Pharmacokinetic param-eters were calculated by 3P87 program. The results indicated that CsA,s pharmacokinetics parameters of kidney transplant patients were greatly different when Diltiazem used. 9 and T1/.2a. of CsA descended evidently. T1/2β ascended remarkably. Peak concen-tration was ascendent. Other parameters had no changes. When using Diltiazem, SOD activity in serum had some changes.
