股动脉穿刺灌注治疗下肢远端动脉缺血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察股动脉穿刺注射扩张血管及溶栓药物治疗下肢远端动脉缺血患者的临床疗效。方法选择54例下肢远端动脉缺血患者进行股动脉穿刺注射药物治疗。结果股动脉穿刺注射药物治疗后患者肢体冷感减轻;疼痛缓解;跛行距离延长;踝肱指数提高;溃疡面积变小、愈合。结论经皮动脉穿刺注药治疗下肢远端动脉缺血简便、安全、有效。objective To investigate the effects of vascular vasodilation via femoral artery puncture combined with thrombolyties on arterial isehemia of the lower extremity. Methods 54 eases of arterial isehemia of the lower extremity treated by femoral artery puncture combined with thrombolyties are selectied. Results The treatment of femoral artery puncture combined with thrombolyties makes patients less cold - feeling and limbs ache; longer gainmy distance; higher ankle- brachial index; smaller cankerous proportion. Conclusions Femoral artery puncture combined with thrombolyties is a simple, safe and effective operation for arterial isehemia of the lower extremity.
