摘 要:目的分析1.5T高场磁共振2D MRCP不同年龄段正常胆胰管最大直径范围。方法对218例不同年龄段无肝、胆、胰疾病者分别行SSFSE 2D MRCP扫描并测量胆总管及主胰管的最大直径。结果18—30岁、31—40岁、41—50岁、51-60岁、61-70岁、70岁以上不同年龄段胆总管的最大直径分别为(4.10±1.27)mm、(4.33±1.28)mm、(5.27±1.53)mm、(5.49±0.94)mm、(6.07±0.99)mm、(6.32±1.04)mm,主胰管的最大直径分别为(2.07±0.29)mm、(2.14±0.28)mm、(2.35±0.29)mm、(2.36±0.41)mm、(2.57±0.39)mm、(2.72±0.45)mm。结论高场磁共振2D MRCP对生理状态下胆胰管显示良好,不同年龄段胆总管及主胰管的最大径差异有统计学意义,胆总管直径超过9mm考虑为胆总管扩张,主胰管直径大于3.5mm考虑增粗。Objective To assess the largest diameter scope of normal common bile and pancreatic duct at different ages by 2D magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) with 1.5T MR. Methods Single shot fast spin echo (SSFSE) 2D MRCP was performed to the normal common bile and pancreatic duct of 218 adults at different ages without hepatic, pancreatic and related diseases and the largest diameter was measured. Results The largest diameters of bile duct at the age of 18 to 30,31 to 40,41 to 50,51 to 60 and over 70 were 4.10±1.27mm,4.33±1.28mm,5.27±1.53mm,5.49±0.94mm,6.07±0.99mm and 6.32±1.04mm respectively while the largest diameters of pancreatic duct were 2.07±0.29mm, 2.14±0.28mm, 2.35±0.29mm, 2.36±0.41mm, 2.57±0.39mm and 2.72±0.45mm respectively. Conclusion 2D MRCP with 1. 5T MR can well display the bile and pancreatic duct; the largest diameter difference of common bile and pancreatic duct at different ages is of statistical significance; dilation should be considered when the diameter of common bile duct is over 9mm and that of common pancreatic duct is over 3.5mm.
