摘　　要：目的探讨静脉穿刺的最佳方法,从而减轻患者痛苦,提高护理质量。方法分别采用针尖斜面向左和针尖斜面向上两种穿刺法对200例住院患者进行静脉穿刺,观察受试对象的疼痛反应、针孔堵塞及血管组织的损伤变化。结果实验法(针尖斜面向左)与常规法(针尖斜面向上)相比疼痛程度、血管周围淤血明显减轻,液体渗漏、针孔堵塞及一次穿刺成功率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论针尖斜面向左静脉穿刺法对皮肤血管的损伤小,可减轻患者疼痛及对血管组织的损伤。Objective To discuss the best method of venous puncture so as to improve the nursing quality. Methods Two methods were adapted in venous puncture for 200 hospitalized patients： needle towards left and needle sloping upward,and the patients＇ response to pain, the blockage of pinhole and the injury to blood vessel were observed. Results, The pain and the perio - vessel congestion were mueh lighter when needle towards left than when needle sloping upward; there existed no obvious differenee in fluid leakage,the blockage of pinhole and the successful rate with single puncture （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Venous puncture with needle towards left is effeetive in relieving pain and deereasing the injury to vessels and vessel tissues.
