摘　　要：从邮政公社到邮政民营化,日本邮政事业体制正经历着实质性变化,由于这一进程涉及到国家财政、相关利益集团、民间金融、资金循环结构等诸多重大事项,因而引起了多方关注,并引发了激烈的争论,同时表明了这一改革的重要性和艰巨性,我们也会从中得到某些启示。From post community to post privatization, the post enterprise system in Japan is experiencing the substantial transformation. The process has aroused extensive attention and brought furious disputes because it relates to the national finance, correlative interest groups, civilian finance, and fund circulation structure etc. It shows the importance and the hardness of the reform and we can acquire some enlightenment from it too.
