摘　　要：该文通过对新形势下高校物资采购存在的问题、高校采购的目标和解决措施等方面进行论述,探索在新形势下高校物资采购的组织与管理模式,实现政府采购和高校采购的协调关系,适应高等教育改革,促进学校各项事业的协调发展。After discussing the problem, goal and solution measure concerning the university materials procurement in the new situation, this paper probes into the pattern of organization and management for the university materials procurement so as to realize the coordinated relations between the government procurement and the university procurement so as to adapt to the higher educational reform and promote the coordinated development of all causes in the universities.
