摘　　要：从产业遗产的保护角度入手,具体分析了东外滩地区城市特色的构成要素,并在此基础上提出了一些保护更新原则和策略,以使产业遗产保护和地区发展能够互相促进,为该地区的发展提供了一定的建议。Started with the protection of industrial heritage, the author analyzes the composing elements of urban feature of the east Bund district, and proposes some principles and strategies for its protection and renewal, in order to gain mutual promotion between industrial heritage protection and regional development and to make some suggestions for the development of the district.
