摘　　要：以苏州苏福路周边地区社区发展规划为例,结合苏州边缘住区在城市发展历程中的三个阶段,分析其存在的主要问题并提出其规划设计的策略,以促进边缘住区建设的完善和有序发展。Taking the development planning for the residential districts of Sufu road ＆ nearby in Suzhou as an example, this article generalizes the three generations residential districts in urban fringe with the process of the city development. Then on the base of analyzing the most problems the paper discusses the development strategy, which can promote the sustainable development of urban fringe.
