“力克敏”鼻喷剂治疗常年性变应性鼻炎32例

摘　　要：根据祖国医学“内治之理，即外治之理”的理论，针对变态反应性鼻炎“肺气虚，表卫不固”的基本病因病机，运用“力克敏”鼻喷剂治疗常年性变态反应性鼻炎３２例，结果表明：总有效率为９３．７５％，显效率为５６．２５％，对常年性变态反应性鼻炎的鼻痒、多嚏、流清涕、鼻塞４个主症及鼻粘膜水肿等主要体征均有明显改善和控制作用，治疗前后积分结果比较，有高度统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。According to the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine that 'the principle of internal therapy is the priciple of external therapy,' and the basic pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis that 'insufficiency of the lung-qi and failure of superficial-qi to protected the body against disease,' 'Li-Ke-Ming' was applied to treat 32 cases of perennial rhinallergosis. The result showed that the total and remarkable effective rates were 93.75% and 56.25%. Meanwhile, there were distinct improvement to some main symptoms such as itch of the nose,sneezing, running nose or stuffy nose and the main sign ,nasal mucosal edema. There was a statistical difference to before and after treatment (P<0.01).
