摘 要:化学成分是苎麻原麻最重要的基础数据之一,是确定苎麻纤维纺织工艺的主要依据,它从根本上决定了苎麻纤维的服用性能。苎麻化学成分随生长期动态变化的研究发现:头麻生长65—70d、二麻50—60d、三麻50-60d后,胶质和木质素含量继续增加,而纤维素含量与其他化学成分基本稳定。结果表明,改传统的年收三季为年收四季,不仅能提高苎麻产量,还能提高纤维的纺织服用性能,取得明显的经济效益和社会效益。Chemical composition is one of important basic data of raw ramie, which is a main factor to determine ramie's textile processing. In this paper is studied the dynamic change regulation of its chemical composition during the growth of ramie. The result shows that : when the first crop of ramie grows to 65 - 71 days, the second crop and third crop grow to 50 - 60 days, its contained pectin and lignin increase with fibrin keeps steady. It also shows that, at current weather condition, if the crops can be grown from three to four times a year, the production of raw ramie can be increased and the textile performance of its fiber be improved with obvious economic and social benefits gained.
