摘  要:采用Uster AFIS单纤维测试仪对两种吸风形式、两种风量和3档除尘刀隔距条件下所加工的生条进行了未成熟纤维去除检测,结果显示,除尘刀隔距大小对未成熟纤维去除有一定的影响:1.采用单侧吸风时,无论风量为160 m3/h还是240 m3/h,隔距为0.53 mm时对生条中未成熟纤维的去除效果最好;2.采用双侧吸风时,在风量为160 m3/h时,隔距为0.61 mm的去除效果最好,此方案为所有试验方案中最好;在风量为240 m3/h时,隔距为0.46mm的去除效果最好;3.从风量大小的影响看,当采用单侧吸风时,风量较大有利于未成熟纤维的去除;当采用双侧吸风时,风量较小有利于未成熟纤维的去除;4.在梳棉过程中过于成熟的纤维不利于未成熟纤维的去除。Removal of immature fiber in card sliver using Uster AFIS single fiber tester under the conditions of two kinds of suction forms, two-grade air capacity and three-grade mote knife gauge is tested. The results indicate that the size of mote knife gauge has a certain effect on removal of immature fiber: 1. When using gauge of 0.53 mm and single side suction, whether air capacity is 160 m^3/h or 240 m^3/h has the best effect for removal of immature fiber in card sliver; 2. When using double sides suction, air capacity of 160 m^3/h and gauge of 0.61 mm has the best effect for removal of immature fiber in card sliver, which is also the best program of all the test programs; When air capacity is 240 m^3/h and gauge of 0.46 mm has the best effect for removal of immature fiber in card sliver; 3. When using single side suction, larger air capacity is better for removal of immature fiber; when using double sides suction, less air capacity is better for removal of immature fiber; 4. Too mature fibers are not conducive to removal of immature fiber in carding process.
