摘　　要：对当前新水源工程设计中确定工程开发目标、落实可供水能力、研究适应市场规律的运营机制以及工程规模、坝高、坝型选择与设计质量等问题,提出意见,供有关方面参考。This article gives some suggestions on how to deal with the problems occurred in the design of the new water resources projects, such as determining the development target, making sure of water supply capability, studying operation mechanism suitable for market, selecting perfect project scale, height and type of the dam and designing quality. All the suggestions are only to provide reference for the readers of this article.
